What Do You All Think About CarboFix?

If there is anyone that constantly checks out weight loss products, it's yours truly. I am an absolute believer in Paleo. With that said, I do understand that it's not for everyone so my curiosity is getting the best of me...

There were a couple of things in this gentleman's article that stood out to me. One was the fact that it is all natural and the other was the fact that he isn't targeting only younger women who would typically have a faster metabolism. I'm not HUGE on supplements but when it's natural, I'm more inclined to give it some thought. So, that's what I will do for now. While I won't go too deep into it for now, I'll point out some of the main things that caught my eye about CarboFix:

  1. It increases weight loss

  2. It increases longevity

  3. It supports healthy blood sugar

  4. It increases fat burning

  5. It decreases hunger


I'm not too crazy about #5 as hunger isn't one of my major problems. Paleo allows me the option to eat quite a bit. I do like the fact that it increases fat burning and supports healthy blood sugar. I should also mention that weight loss is a plus and at my age, longevity doesn't hurt either!

From what I can gather, a big plus to CarboFix is reducing metabolism. He focuses a lot on that in his article. I probably have the slowest metabolism in the world and my age doesn't help! I'm probably not the only one saying that right now, right? It has actually been a huge factor in all of my weight loss attempts. I also work a desk job all day and that doesn't help. Yes, I know all about the standing desks and even the treadmill desk but I am SO not about that. When I originally lost weight with Paleo, I didn't exercise a single bit! I'm sure the weight loss helped to increase my metabolism by moving faster when I walked, having more endurance when doing things like cleaning and it also gave me the self-confidence to get out of the house and do more things. But I never "exercised" in any sense of the word. So, if something like CarboFix can push that along for me during my Paleo journey, I could be all about it!

Like anything else out there, there's a few things in the article that are a bit "over the top" and to be honest, completely unnecessary. The main points of CarboFix and what it has to offer via the ingredients is enough. To say you will be able to fit into your jeans again can't be a widespread claim. I know for SURE I am never going to fit into my jeans I wore in high school. As a matter of fact, I don't think I wore jeans much at all after high school. So, that claim definitely doesn't pertain to me! With that said, the claims above and the following claims are quite intriguing:

  • You never have to go on a restrictive calorie-counting diet ever again…

  • You never have to do another second of cardio…

  • You don't have to force yourself to eat more vegetables

The reason they sound so intriguing and attainable is because it's similar to Paleo so I know it can be done. Anyway... If you want to take a look at his article, Click Here.
